The journey to your perfect rug is a meticulously guided process, designed to be as seamless and personal as the final creation. I will guide you through every step, ensuring the final piece is a perfect expression of your unique style.

The Conversation: My collaboration with you begins with a direct conversation. I will offer expert guidance on our range of premium fibers, including wool, bamboo fiber, hemp, and silk. We'll discuss your specific vision, preferred size, and color palette. This deeply personal involvement caters directly to your desire for unique, personalized items.

The Creative Sample: A rug is a tactile piece of art. That's why I will craft and send you a 60cm x 60cm hand-knotted sample of your design. This essential step allows you to experience the true color and texture of your rug before it is woven, mitigating the risk of an online purchase and replicating the physical showroom experience.

The Weaving: Once you are delighted with the sample, a 50% payment is made to begin the meticulous hand-knotting process with our artisan partners. We will keep you engaged and informed with regular photo updates of your rug's progress via email, creating a transparent and personal connection to the craft.

The Legacy: The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before shipping. Your rug, a truly unique piece of bespoke artistry, is then prepared for its journey from our workshop to your doorstep, a testament to a shared creative vision.
