We ensure your bespoke creation is delivered to you with the same care and attention it received in our workshop. The details of this policy are provided to ensure a seamless and transparent delivery process.

Shipping & Handling

• Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of your bespoke rug and will be clearly detailed in your comprehensive quote.

• We partner with trusted international courier services such as DHL or FedEx to ensure swift and secure delivery. Your rug will be meticulously packaged to protect it on its journey from our workshop to your doorstep.

• Once your custom order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or redirect the delivery. We ask that you please verify all contact details at the time of purchase.

Delivery Timeframe

• After your rug is completed, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of 7-10 business days for your creation to arrive.

• Deliveries will occur on business days between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

International Deliveries

• For all international orders, please note that the buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be incurred.

• These charges are not included in your initial quote, and we recommend you contact your local customs office for a clear understanding of these costs.
